They will pay you quickly and are very precise about their requirements on each search. But, their goal is to have a "in house" searcher complete all their orders. They will send work to you until they have enough work to hire an "employee" searcher in your area. At that point, they will only send you the work that their "employee" can't complete. They will search all they can online, and then send a "document retrieval" request to you for plats, circuit (foreclosure) copies etc. that can not be printed online.
