I guess Robert would be able to tell if it were a SALE.  If it were a true "sale" and you took a note for part /all the payment, then I would think/ believe the sale is complete,     VS having a "CONTRACT" for sale, such as a land contract would be (some places may call it a contract for deed), then the sale is not fully complete until the final payment.     Robert please weigh in on terms.to post a reply: login - or - register
