Thanks for the clarification George, I appreciate it. I understand we all take a risk when taking on a new client, or perhaps accepting more work from them when there is already an overdue balance. Sometimes the decisions we make have negative consequences. Though we can't go back and change the outcome we can learn from it so we don't find ourselves in the same position again.
