Cindy, thank you!  I found this one and have it on in my document file.  

The one I remember was somewhat of a lengthy comment, maybe 10 plus lines, that mentioned in the body or at the end, about how our citizens don't realize that their personal information is being made readily available to oversea entities. 

For some reason I think it might have been someone out of the Carolina's or New Jersey. I went thru all of Davids postings and didn't see it.
