Hey Alix, thanks for the post. Here in Wisconsin, we all know which title company was cutting corners on their "full" search but yet charging full rates. Their business model is about to blow up in their face. It sounds like it was another title company who complained to the state. I know many realtors and lenders started to realize what was going on but it is great to see the State take the lead and do something about it. Still no word from our customers on whether they will go back to a full 60 year search. Check out
