 I wasn't suggesting you verify an address against the IP address. Those things don't work very well. They often show my location as being in Dallas which is 320 miles away. I didn't know if there might be some other automated way to verify a registrants contact information. Could it be verified by the phone number they submit? An Area Code database might work unless they entered an 800 number it should uncover when someone tries to indicate they are from Texas and they aren't. Just some thoughts.
