Thank you, Robert, for anything you can do ... or if it's not feasible to do anything about it. With a global internet and "open" forums, this happens.
It is ugly out there in the real estate industry on every public board and LinkedIn. $3 title searches, $45 mortgage loan closers (including printing, faxing and travel!), and marketing spam for seminars that now is the profitable time to invest in real estate (low interest rates and low prices). Seems like there isn't enough business to keep everyone in the real estate industry busy, so instead of figuring out a new game plan or marketing strategy, they've taken to living on the boards.
It is annoying, but I prefer the freedom of SOT to a private, closed shop, vetting and qualifying "member only" site.
