• Searching deed and judgment records using various software and websites
• Updating title and judgment searches
• Obtaining copies of deeds and judgments as necessary
• Transmitting updates to appropriate parties (clients, closer, etc.)

• Abstracting experience or experience in related field (mortgage, real estate) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate appropriate initiative when making decisions
• Willingness to learn and apply knowledge in title law
• Excellent time-management, organizational and communication skills
• High school diploma plus 2+ years' general office experience required; bachelor's degree is a plus.   

The position is full time, Monday – Friday, 8:30-5:00pm. Benefits offered with position include: medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays, paid time off, voluntary ancillary benefits.

This position does require that the successful candidate obtain a permanent Missouri Producer’s licenses within six month of the start of employment. . Insight Title Company, LC will assists employees with preparation for the title exam and will pay the testing fees for a maximum of two tests. Should employees need to test more than two times they are be required to pay their own testing fees; if they are unable to obtain the required licensing within the allotted six months, their employment with Insight Title Company, LC will be terminated. Additionally, employees are required to maintain their Producer’s licenses as a condition of continued employment with Insight Title Company, LC.
