 I am not sure if I have had the pleasure of speaking directly to you, but I have spoken with Matt numerous times.  Since 2016 I've only completed about fifty orders and I don't recall ever having a payment problem.  I didn't receive any work from September of 2019 until March 2020.  From March to date I have received 20 orders and now I am having an issue getting paid.  Matt and I have been corresponding about this for two weeks now to the point he asked for my personal PayPal account, asked me to trust him, and promised to have payment by 6:00 pm EST yesterday.

I'm sure this isn't the type of reputation you want to sew.  I would greatly appreciate your help on this matter.
