Horrible! They require you to upload and enter info on their site, expect packages in 3 parts and god forbid the tax sheet is with the rwrite up , no one knows what they are looking at, for every search you get, you get 10 re-checks on when they already have the info they are agan requesting.

Need to hand hold! Too many people to deal with, x doesn't know y already ordered, and z hasn't a clue
