Now I think I get it.  Sorry about all the ranting before, but it really pisses me off when people or companies pull stuff like this, which reminds me of my nightmare 2 years with PITA Altisource.  In this situation I would call someone at the company you are getting orders from and explain the situation and see if they would be willing to pay a little more.  Chances are they won't be able to find anyone on their own for a cheaper price.  I am guessing they are going through you because they don't want the aggravation of dealing with multiple title examiners.  At this point what do you have to loose?
