Great Article Scott!

 I had almost forgotten how much I enjoy reading your well reasoned and documented articles and posts.  This article although written in 2007 is as valid and important today as it was then. Even more so today as foreign outsourcers from India, Pakistan and China are compiling databases on American citizens while claiming they have a right to traffic in our "public records".
