According to the LA Sec of State, this company was registered on 5/9/12 so they do not have a long track record, but at least they weren't formed last week! 

 The registered agent is listed as    Edward Fox, 4632 David Dr., Kenner, LA

I have gotten into the habit of asking a new prospective client if they are working with anyone in another country.   You just can't always tell if they are really based in the U.S.  I have two very good Indian clients, but we all know from experience that too many of the overseas companies come and go and how do you collect if they won't pay?
