I totally agree with you! I don't know how it is where you are but in SC we still use microfiche machines to make copies and some days you spend more time trying to get a decent copy or find a machine that works than it takes to do your search! However, unfortunately, my clients won't pay for that. I've actually had some clients ask me why I didn't get the copies off-line so they didn't have to pay for them. They don't understand that even if I get them off-line I still have to pay for the online service, ink, paper, etc.
