I am new to SOurce of title and so thankful for many reasons for joining. I have done work for Warrn & Smith somewhere around $500-$700 of work and finally stopped doing their work for non-payment. I've tried calling, emailing etc.... And no response. I was just curious if anyone was lucky enough to get paid from these people and if so how did you go about collecting. Of course the work I did for them where outer counties that I sub work out to my contractors so I am actually out more $ than I stated.
