I am forced to do this to obtain any clients. This state is very difficult to get work, considering most titles are done by attorneys. There isn't a large selection of settlement companies to compete for work either. Most loans are through local banks and they outsource to vendors. Now to get any kind of volume of work I am forced to give low prices. Remembering that a huge source of the vendors obtaining the work is from India. Of course they want the five and twenty two dollar fees.

My original complaint against Accurate Group. It wasn't because they weren't paying, they just weren't factoring in the delay that it took them to turn around the product to there clients. Example you do your search on the the 1st, it may take them up to 2 weeks to turn in to there client. Now instead of getting whats due for the prior 30 days, its delayed for another 2 weeks. Therefore you are only getting paid for a few days at a time. Sorry to slow of pay for me, need money now to pay bills.

You are correct in everything you stated about E&O, gas, etc, and when I started it was $250 for a full search and $100 for a C/O. The problem lies with all the outsourcing to other countries where they pay the employee's $3.00 an hour. If you lost a huge volume of work recently you also find out the these companies are now doing there own searches. How do I compete with this?
