Thanks for that, Jeff. I was thinking it might be something along the lines of “Jeff and John, domestic partners” or “Ellen and Portia, her spouse”. The language adding tenancy by the entireties is probably a good idea in case the decision is ever reversed in future, as someone else has suggested. This is another case where abstractors and examiners will have to know their stuff and keep their eyes open.
