I know of several American abstractors that use mailboxes as their business address. The UPS store makes it easier for small independent abstractors who work out of their home office. We can be on the road and in counties, but still have someone available to sign for packages, and ensure incoming recordings do not sit on our front porch in the rain. I've used a UPS store mailbox for about 6 years now, and doubt I would ever stop, seeing how I have no plans on wasting money for office space and/ or secretary to sign for packages.
