Jeez, I didn't even know ValueAmerica was still around....  No wonder I keep running into Sheriff's Deeds that are just plain wrong!  "Sure, let's just totally ignore the portion of that OTHER lot that was on the mortgage because no one bothered to report it and no one here bothered to actually READ THE DOCUMENTS."

 

Boy, I feel another rant coming on...I'd better stop....
