Absolutely you can use it. I hope everyone will help send this message to foreign agents. Refusing their business demonstrates your loyalty and dedication to the rights of American citizens to be free of foreign intrusion into our private financial affairs.

In addition to concerns about the legal issues that may arise when dealing with a foreign entity, I'm also concerned for my own security. Sooner or later they're going to ask for a W9 which includes your SSN or FID. No one should provide that information to someone who is attempting to deceive you about who they really are.

Finally, when an abstractor agrees to provide services to foreign agents it helps the offshore company take business  away from legitimate American companies.
