They absolutely do not know what they are doing.. they ordered a current owner search.. well because it was done by a WD, from a Eleanor A. Page, a single widowed woman and Eleanor A. Page as PR of the estate of Robert W. Page to Douglas Robert Page, single and a LWD by Eleanor A. Page, the spouse at the time of death of Robert W. Page to Douglas Robert Page, single. The property had been in the family for over generations and generations (the property is a Lake property), I told them they needed it to be an upgrade to a 60 plus year search to get it to a WD outside of family name.  (they call it like this - Full consideration deed (out of family transfer) Full consideration was paid on the first WD - They  Would not do the upgrade to 125.00 - they put in their email - "just do what the order says, one owner search" - the pay was $50.00 - we gave them the one owner search, with the WD and LWD - they now will not pay for it now, because we refused to do a 60 year search for 50.00 with copies.

We gave them notice of the upgrade search - we did what they told us - we only did 3 searches for them - the other 2 we did get paid for - all one owner searches. - They are slow to pay - (your the bank 60 plus days)...
