I received it too.  gave them a nasty response.  sorry, but it's these fly by nights that under cut hard working AMERICAN researchers that have been doing it for years, that are putting a lot of us out of business or are forcing us into second jobs.  I've lost 5 major clients because of over seas "title search companies".  I can't compete with $5, $10, and $15 dollar searches.
