Thank you for your response.  I had the same feeling that the tenants rights would be terminated at the expiration of the redemption period.  We have advised the client to make known to all parties involved, ie: the lien holder, the attorney's, etc. of their interest in the property.  They may be able to purchase the property for less than the lease states if the property actually goes to sale.  Thanks again!
