They pay horrible...not timely and after youve given alot of information to what should be a complete search, they ask for something else ridiculous to that search and then refuse to pay for a search that you did not do to their expectations.   They are terrible at returning emails and when they do, they avoid the real questions you asked.   They are very rude and quite pushy.
