I have a question for those entities contemplating or currently using title research companies based out of the likes of South Asia (India, etc.).

1.  Do you really think they comprehend and write American English very well?

2.  How do you pursue legal remedies or claims against them should they arise?  Do you require they carry professional liability or errors and omissions insurance?  Who underwrites those policies? 

3.  Do you report their earnings to the IRS by filing a 1099 or W-2?  Do they, subsequently, file income tax returns to the IRS?
