I understand the readdressing issue , it took us a while to develope a routine where we would actually get away with telling them they were wrong, and we go through that anew any time a new person is added to their tracking unit.
However, perhaps our experience differences may have somethuing to do with jurisdictional issues.
I think our state is easier , and more generic than yours, and altisource doesnt respond well to issues that are not programtic.
I am sorry to hear your experience has been different, and i can see how that could happen
