I have to agree with Kim, unless things have drastically changed I would stay away! Breaking your search into three scanned parts (4 to record full search for my records) to upload into 3 different sections of their portal. Wanting copies of old Divorces. Estates and Foreclosures which were long past relevant to the search standards and the constant rejections for information stated right on the search became incessant! It was also very hard to understand anyone who would call directly for info. Time spent arguing with them over reduced fees for a reject that wasn't (Many Of Those)! We finally told them that we were moving on and wouldn't accept the work, which we then received thru another client. It was more pleasant doing their work thru a 3rd party, unfortunately my client didn't dump them soon enough and went out of business because of them.
