I did work for them about 1 year ago unless things have drastically changed stay away. For the amount of money that they would let us charge them it is not cost effective. They employ people who are not knowledgeable in our field, and not from around the states and therefore request copies of every document even if it is not applicable we had to find a divorce over 40 years old to prove prior title owners were divorced. We had a hard time getting paid at first then they paid every 30 to 45 days sometimes 60, but if you outsource your exams you are paying your examiner before you get paid. Be cautious, never good to turn business away -however this was not a good account for us. We spent so much time with limited profit or no profit it was hurting our normal business
