We have only had a short history with Judy Mac Abstracting. 2 orders in March and 1 in June. The work and turn-times were fine. It is unfortunate that it didn't work out and that the experience was so… unintoxicating. Sometimes efforts to communicate and resolve real or imagined issues just doesn't pan out. I guess this is one of them.
But gees! There are some extensive derogatory descriptions in here. So, despite our incredibly rude, cheap, demanding, very unprofessional, out of control, time wasting, persistently interrupting/talking over/unacknowleding people freed from any responsibility, who are not able to send emails or sign emails and who also doubt our vendors abilities and have to use badly programmed, naggy systems and who only ask rhetorical questions and don’t allow interruptions to get the answers (and are slow to pay on top of it!)… we will continue to do what we can to keep our clients and abstractors happy and work flowing so that everyone can stay busy and do well.
If anyone needs help you surely know how to reach vendor management, customer service and accounts. They are not ogres or fresh recruits from the local asylum. Quite decent people actually. They are all there if you need them.
