George--- Actually it didn't take that long, but this sometimes happens when you get use to a slow paying client. As we stated, they had always previously paid, so we never had an issue, and sometimes it took a few months for them to pay, but they were still paying, so when we kept getting promise after promise that a check was in the mail, we continued our good faith. I agree that it was a bad move on our part, but its been a long time since a company has stiffed us, and we like to think and I guess hope that companies are not out doing this to abstractors still, obviously call us gullible but again we liked working with Title Prep and their team, so its sad that they have become another company hurting abstractors.
