Source of Title Forums: Re: RESPA Violation?

Another thought is...in Florida I was under the impression from the title agent course taught by the Kugler Group that it was illegal to charge more for the title search on the HUD than was paid to the abstractor. Title companies could not profit off the actual title abstract search. Any truth or validation to that statement?
