You probably aren't getting many orders from them because of outsourcing.  LSI started outsourcing about a 1 1/2 years ago and my orders from them dropped to about 6 a month from about 20 or more a month.  Now I only get the orders that have to go back before 1985 because our deed rooms internet site only goes back to 1985 or orders where they can't get a copy off the internet.  I don't look for this to change with ServiceLink.
