First of all you will think you are applying for a job at the FBI because of how they screen you and the forms they make you fill out are like some big law firm contract.  Then after they feel like you have passed the criminal search you will get approved.  They want an all inclusive fee - in my case $70 for a two owner with full copies and uploaded to their site.  We missed one assignment and they dropped us.  I think they are in Turkey or something.
