FYI-The certificate is for if you don't pay your E & O insurance the company will know. It seems they don't play any games. If I were you, I would sign up and become an abstractor on their team. Just don't become frustrated when they ask you questions pertaining to any searches. As long as you have the right answers, you won't have any problems with receiving your check.
