Yes, I felt the same way about the policy holder nonsense. They're the only client that has EVER asked for that. Maybe I'm not swimming in the deep end, though. Who knows. Either way, that one miffed me pretty bad.
But I do want to reiterate that they're payers. Usually it's within thirty days. You can't make them happy but you can get jobs and make some money off of them. Just be sure to turn off your email notifications on your cell at night! :)
