In Massachusetts, when a same-sex married couple take title together as tenants by the entirety a deed includes this language: John and Jeremy, a married couple, hold title as tenants by the entirety. Some attorneys will also include John and Jeremy, a married couple as tenants by the entirety with rights of survivorship. The wording "rights of survivorsip" would then protect this couple further if the Marriage Act is ever over turned.
