Rita- Does your client will pay if you don't provide the invoice copy? This really make sense. 

 One who has placed a comment on this forum she has not submitted an open invoice and i requested to submit the open invoice. 

 before stating  any thing see the notes and then place a comment. you don't have an idea what's going on here.
