Yeah, I don't imagine it is a coincidence that Hamilton is further behind than virtually any other jurisdiction in Ohio.  I wasn't sure if it was the suit that was going to cause the dissolution of the registered land system, or the suit was contesting it.  

 Well, here's hoping for a swift resolution on that one so they can start getting their crap together!
