You're cutting your own throat by taking work from offshore companies. If we continue to facilitate their success, we will work ourselves right out of business. I will not do $25 current owner searches, no matter how easy. It seriously undermines our business. Since '08, I cannot survive on taitle abstracting alone, even though there are so many fewer independent abstractors around. The work is just not there.

But to take cut-rate work from offshore companies just means slow death for us. You may think that $10 retrievals and $25 current owners are "better than nothing".
