My gut tells me they are probably an India based company with a "front" office in the US (just a quess though. I would call and ask before I did any work for them).  The name plus the generic website (and poor grammer/sentence structure on the website) make me suspicious....I won't do work for anyone off-shore out of principal (even if they have a front office here).  I just think it's a bad idea. The India-based companies I know tend to do sloppy title work, are horribly uninformed as to what they are doing (poorly trained employees), and want rock bottom LOW prices from abstractors (as in FAST turn-around with LOW pay). I feel it's just contributing to the downfall of our industry.
