They have the same corporate register agent as we do: Harvard Business Solutions AKA Delaware Inc. It is a corporate tax haven for HUNDREDS of companies. I only used them because at the time ABN Legal Solutions was started, I was in the process of moving out of state when the pandemic hit.

Definitely do your due dilligence, and if it seems suspicious, it probably is. I always speak with new and potential clients over the phone as they know I am legit. They definitely seem sketch, even to me.
