It seems like a sad fact anymore that we have to work as hard just to get paid for our services as we do, doing the searches...Something very wrong with these companies...I feel for you, Serena...I had the same issues when I worked for them here in NY... Like you, I just kept after them, and I finally got paid...You may have to contact the Attorney General...Also...blast them on here...they don't like negative comments...Best of luck...
