Capstone will not only take your work and refuse to pay you for it, they will simply ignore your emails and all other correspondence and will block your phone call from calling in to ask them where your payment is.  After a while, they will have the audacity to contact you to do another search for them and if you call their hand on money they already owe you, they play stupid and act like they know nothing about any past due bills.  They have tried this with me on several occasions, most recently in January of this year.  The person who contacted me asked if I had copies of my invoices so she could "try to get me paid" which I shot to her in an email before I even got off the phone.  That was the last I heard from them and won't hear anything else until they call me in another year or so to see if they can con me again.  This is an ongoing scenario with this bunch of con artists and I will NOT do another order for them ever again.  If you want to do cell tower searches for free, go ahead.  I have other things to do.
