Honestly I find Sharefile pretty buggy and it misses a lot of attachments.  If you tend to have long detailed email discussion chains, it will sometimes confuse recipients, as it generates links at the very bottom of the email chain.

I can't advise as to whether there's anything better out there, just my fairly limited experience with Citrix.
