The Recorded Driveway Easement should ..should state what the clauses are, such as is it out by time are there any restrictions, are any changes allowed- does it run with the land. You want to check for all of the above to make sure that at no point in time your land can be landlocked but said item. It is not an uncommon address but I do suggest reading the Easement in it's entirety and checking for an amendments to said easement and possible lot line adjustments just to be safe. They are pretty common. However, you will want to get all the facts before you purchase.
