Libby, Got mine for free from email provider. Please keep in mind there is no lender in the US requiring this at this time. Alta is a non profit trade organization and has no legal authority to make rules or laws. Currently I know of no national or state law requiring. It is another expense you will have to eat with the owner making less profit. Buy it if you feel it will help your business in any way. We are national and to date only calls from salesmen trying to sell me, not one client has even mentioned it.
