Yes, there is a way to protect yourself against these computers errors. We have had 2 claims and we had the proof that the missed items were not indexed properly or at all. If you get prints from the recorders office on the names you have run, not the internet, you can them file a claim with the recorders bond money. Both issues taken care of by the Bond. We can't always get prints, but try to in most instances and it has saved our butt on numerous occasions.
