There sneaky about printouts, you can't. If the PVA office hadn't supplied with book/page reference, then this deed would have near appeared. 

Makes you wonder how many more of these mistakes take place. It is human error, but maybe it time to hold the counties liable for these types of mistakes. Then possible they would pay more attention to indexing names correctly and less mistakes might occur.

Similar experience with documents being dumped. My friend own son was tossing all the recordings into his closet, instead of actually recording them. Eventually once it was discovered, my friend lost all his clients.
