I'm sorry you were confused about the emails you received.  In an attempt to make it easy for those who hold Virginia certifications VLTA(one of my customers) asked me to set up an account for those who hold those certifications in the Learning Management System.   VLTA will include courses from any source in the transcript of certification holders so that they will be able to easily see what courses have been completed.
