Source of Title Forums: Re: Filings in Clerk of Courts offices

One of the counties I do work in got a couple months behind in their proofread (and correctly indexed) date several years ago and stayed behind for several months. What ended the issue was when someone (I no longer remember who) threatened to sue the county. Suddenly they made the indexing & proofreading a priority & things have never gotten that bad since.
